Attorney Andreas Bode

I was born in 1968 and studied jurisprudence at the University of Hanover.

After my first exam I continued my law studies in English language at the University of Copenhagen, Denmark. During my studies I was working on comparisons of the different legal systems and was dealing with the Law of the European Union.

I am working as a lecturer at the University of Hanover as well as I am a specialist adviser at the Bildungswerk der Niedersächsischen Wirtschaft and the Direkt Marketing Center of the Deutsche Post AG, Hanover.

Apart from working as a free-lance journalist for the old-timer magazine “Der Zuverlässige”, I publish my works in the “HV-Journal” and on the internet.

Points of gravity of the fields of law

Special emphasis of my law firm is not only put on the European right of sale but also on

• E-Commerce and
• road traffic law.

Languages

I do my correspondence in German and English language and I have knowledge of the Danish language.
