Conduct of a case – Admissions to court
As far as we can not come to a judgement without court, our law firm is able to use the right of claim and do processes in arbitration matters, civil cases and commercial affairs.
Since January 1st 2000 attorney Bode is allowed to appeal at all local courts and district courts in Germany.
